Inline Hockey Training
On Saturday, we organize an inline hockey training session in the sports hall Driebeek. The training consists of two parts:

Dry training (45 min) – Before the inline training, we focus on strength, speed, and coordination.

Inline hockey training (1 to 2 hours, depending on age) – An intensive and educational session on skates.

Required Gear
For safety, basic protection is mandatory. You can choose from:

An ice hockey outfit (without the chest protector)

Basic skating protection (helmet, knee and elbow pads, gloves or wrist protection)

An inline hockey outfit (helmet, knee and elbow pads, gloves)
IMPORTANT: STICK MUST BE TAPED WITH WHITE TAPE
It is mandatory to tape your stick with white tape. Without white tape, you cannot participate in the training. This prevents streaks on the floor and helps keep the sports hall in good condition.
Hydration in the Summer
During warm months, it is especially important to drink enough water. You can refill your water bottle in the sports hall.
