Filip Juchtmans is the strategic force behind Roller BeeZzZ. With his experience in administration, including at Haskey Hasselt, and his expertise in Operational Excellence and Change Management, he keeps the club on track both organizationally and financially.

He combines analytical insight with a team-oriented approach and places great importance on the personal growth of each board member. 

Filip's vision and perseverance ensure that Roller BeeZzZ not only rolls forward but also grows sustainably.

Sporting Director

Thomas De Munck is the driving force behind the sporting vision and development of Roller BeeZzZ. As head coach, he is also responsible for the growth of all coaches. With his years of experience as both an inline and ice hockey player and coach, as well as his didactic skills as a teacher, he knows how to nurture talent.

As a mentor for young talent at the Ice Hockey Federation of Belgium, he is committed to youth development and team cohesion. His approach? Structure, motivation, and a keen eye for the strengths of each player. Under his leadership, the club continues to evolve and grow stronger.

Secretary & IT

Jiska Moons is the silent engine that keeps the administration and IT of our club running smoothly. With her eye for detail, creativity, and perseverance, she maintains an overview of everything happening behind the scenes.

As an ice hockey player and a loyal participant in wheeled activities, she perfectly understands what's going on within the club. That experience helps her tailor our systems to the needs of our members and present the RollerBeezZz in a strong, professional way.

Thanks to Jiska's dedication and all-around commitment, our club remains not only well-organized but also future-proof!

Match Coordinator

Elza Janssen ensures with great dedication that the RollerBeezZz matches are not only scheduled but also organized down to the last detail. She maintains contact with the federation, clubs, working groups, and the board—ensuring that no message gets lost.

Elza radiates positivity and strongly believes in teamwork. She safeguards clear communication between the board and working groups and actively contributes to an open and professional club culture. Values and norms are her guiding principles, which is reflected in everything she does.

With Elza at the helm, not only is the match schedule tightly managed, but the RollerBeezZz story also grows into a strong and engaged community.
